760 students from the School of Architecture, Digital Media and Business Development at ITESM Campus Guadalajara gathered together through one week of conferences and workshops in order to propose the Housing Design of the Future considering space and technology needs, defining upcoming megatrends and analyzing how new developments will be inhabited from different social and geographical perspectives.
Organized by Centro para la Cultura Arquitectónica y Urbana (CCAU) and the School of Architecture, Art and Design ITESM Campus Guadalajara; and coordinated by Diego Vergara the intention of this workshop was to document the spatial, programmatic, constructive, economic evolution, the factors that have determined its configuration, location,... from a comparative graphic-architectural analysis of specific cases of sets designed by different authors and decades of the 20th and 21st centuries.
"Architects are Useless" was the topic for this panel organized by the School of Architecture from ITESO.
Along with the Architects Emely Malacón, Mito Covarrubias, León Leroy and Civil Engineer Ulises Vázquez and moderated by Historian Daniel López we had an open discussion regarding the roll of the Architect nowadays in diverse performance areas.
In collaboration with AM/a the Interior Design for this Apartment located in Punta Mita intended a relaxed beach ambiance accomplished by the neutral color palette where the flexibility of the furniture and accessories selection allowed the possibility of open spaces.
Casa RP was a full renovation from an old residence where the new outdoor areas: such as the swimming pool, the media room with a patio and the terrace, were design as the new heart of the House.
